Dr. Agan is an out-of-network provider and is not partnered with any insurance companies. Our practice operates as a direct care model, which means clients are responsible for payment at the time of service.

Can I still use my insurance benefits?

You can use your insurance benefits for any scans, labs, or medications ordered. If surgery is indicated, you can use your insurance for anesthesia and facility fees.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, HSA credit cards, Care Credit, and cash.
