Does your practice take insurance?

Dr. Agan is an out-of-network provider and is not partnered with any insurance companies. Our practice operates as a direct care model, which means clients are responsible for payment at the time of service.

Can I still use my insurance benefits?

You can use your insurance benefits for any scans, surgeries, labs, or medications ordered. Additionally, we can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt of services) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, HSA credit cards, Care Credit, and cash.

Do you offer same-day or next-day appointments?

Yes, we often have availability for same-day or next-day appointments.
